Exchange/Refund Policy
At Verah, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our exchange, return and return policy below.
Exchanges:
- If you do not like the product or size:

We will charge a nominal shipment fee for exchange. A total of Rs. 100 for pickup and delivery.
- Once the product gets back to us our team will ship your new product/s.
- Exchange process can take 5-8 working days.
- Contact us within 3 days after delivery. After that we will not entertain this exchange request.
- Wrong product delivered:
- In this case the exchange will be free of cost, customer does not have to pay any extra amount.
- We will need valid proofs (clear pictures) for the same.
- Exchange process can take 5-8 working days.
- Contact us within 24 hours after delivery. After that we will not entertain this exchange request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we can offer a refund or store credit as an alternative.
- We can reject an exchange if:
- The product is damaged.
- The product is missing original tags.
- The product is worn by the customer.
- Contact us within 24 hours after delivery. After that we will not entertain this exchange request.
Refunds:
- WE DO NOT REFUND.
- Only when you have paid for an order that we cannot fulfil due to any reason, we will allow a refund to your bank account. In this case our team will contact you for processing your refund.
Customised Orders:
- We do not allow exchange/return/refund of customised orders. If the product is damaged we need valid proofs before we can entertain this request.
